Dr. Koch, Dr. Evans, and their orthodontic team have been providing exceptional orthodontic care for more than 25 years. Our Patient Care team members are all highly trained and skilled to help provide the best orthodontic services anywhere. Our friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate attitude will make your orthodontic experience a special one. Crystal

crystal Crystal’s goal is to learn as much as she can about our patients so she can make their time in our office as comfortable as possible. She loves seeing patients’ reactions when they get their braces off and see their new, beautiful smiles. She appreciates working with Drs. Koch and Evans because they truly care about giving their patients a wonderful smile. Crystal has been married to Daniel for ten years. They have three sons: Jordan, Jaden, and Jonah. In her spare time, Crystal is a football team mom and loves to spend time with her family.

Anita

anita Anita loves helping to make new smiles! She enjoys chatting with patients about what’s going on in their lives, from work and family to sports and school. Anita enjoys learning about all the new technology in orthodontics and is grateful to work with two doctors who are so committed to continuing education. They also have a great sense of humor! Anita is married to Lee and they have two children, Jaime and Tyler. She enjoys anything sports related, especially tennis and working out.

Bonnie

bonnie As our patient care coordinator, Bonnie welcomes patients and their families into our office, makes them feel comfortable, and helps to educate them on their orthodontic journey. She has confidence in our doctors’ talents and clinical abilities and is thankful for the creative, team-focused environment. Bonnie and her husband, Larry, have been blessed with three children. She enjoys all types of sports, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Amy

amy Amy is our orthodontic treatment coordinator and insurance coordinator, so she is able to help our patients with any questions they may have about their care plan and benefits. She always tries to make each patient have a pleasant and fun experience from start to finish. Amy’s husband’s name is Tommy and she has two married daughters, Samantha and Melody, and has been blessed with two grandchildren, Graham and Astrid. In her free time she enjoys quilting, reading, learning new things, and spending time with her family.

Robin

robin Robin is very proud of the quality of orthodontics provided by Dr. Evans and has experienced his care firsthand with her own family. She loves to learn about our patients’ hobbies, school activities, and sports, and takes great satisfaction in the care she provides to each person she meets. Robin’s husband’s name is Steve and she has a lovely daughter, Cacey, and a grandson on the way. Whenever she gets the chance, Robin loves working with Habitat for Humanity. She and her husband also enjoy the outdoors and visit new parks every other week.

Cheryl

cheryl Cheryl loves to develop personal relationships with her patients and loves to watch the many families grow and change over the years. She inspires our patients to do their best to care for their appliances and is excited when they finally get their braces off. Cheryl and her husband, Dallas, have three daughters: Alisa, Angie, and Amber; four grandchildren: Dylan, Haylee, Brianna, and Kylee; and one cat named Ashes Marie. She loves to read, spend time with her grandchildren, and go shopping for retail therapy.

Regina

regina Regina enjoys listening to our patients’ needs and finding out what’s going on in their lives, what sports they’re interested in, and what activities they’re involved in. She loves to observe our patients’ transformation throughout their treatment and seeing their big smiles on the day their braces come off. Regina and her husband, Tim, have been married for 32 years. They have three grown children, Rhiannon, Jessica, and Daniel. She enjoys reading, traveling, playing golf, and spending time with her family.

Jennifer

Jennifer greets our patients when they come in the office, answers questions in person and over the phone, and best of all, congratulates patients when they get their braces off. She loves being around people and helping them to understand the importance of orthodontic treatment. Jennifer and her husband, Randy, have two sons, Matt and Carter. In her free time she enjoys working in the yard, reading, and walking her dogs.

Sandy

sandy Sandy sees each patient during their new patient exam and explains all their treatment options. She has worked here for over 20 years and in that time has created some wonderful relationships with our patients and their families. She appreciates working with our doctors because of their excellent care and feels confident in recommending any treatment they prescribe. Sandy has two married daughters and six grandchildren, as well as a Siamese Himalayan cat named Sophie. She enjoys watching her grandsons play sports and doing girly things with her granddaughter. She also enjoys going to Mulberry Park to walk and run.
