When I talked to your staff members they were very adamant that you insisted that everything be done perfectly, and none of them begrudged it. Several of them had worked for other orthodontists whose integrity was not as high as yours. They said other doctors would keep people in their braces longer than necessary, and their standards were not even close to what you required. These are all things that I as a customer and patient love to hear.
Your front office staff is just as adept and courteous in dealing with financial issues and scheduling convenience. They were always eager to answer any questions I had.

I’m writing to let you know to send all your patients to Dr. Evans. He is the greatest! He never pressures you or threatens you to wear rubber bands or retainers. He doesn’t make you feel bad or talk down to you. He just explains why it’s best for me and tells me I’m worth it to try to do my best.
On my birthday I got a delicious cupcake and when I got my braces off I got a bag of sticky and hard candy with a balloon to celebrate. I bet his daughter gets anything she wants.
He is so cool and polite to all his patients. He listens to my questions and answers them so I can understand. I can tell he is gentle. He is also kind to his employees and shows them respect.
His office is really decked out. It feels like a mountain lodge. There are video games, TV’s, computers and interesting books and magazines. My mom always falls asleep on his comfortable couch.
But his most special characteristic is he always has a big smile on his face. That always makes me smile. I wish I could go to his office more. He’s awesome. Thanks for sending me there!
